Terms and Conditions: Waiver Agreement

The following terms and conditions set forth the business relationship between Property Development Advantage, hereinafter referred to as “PDA,” and Client, which is any and all persons and entities who choose to engage the services of PDA.

Nature of Services

PDA is a company providing outsourcing services to various clients. These services include, but are not limited to: architectural services, building design, and CAD services. PDA, its officers, and employees do not represent to be licensed in any particular jurisdiction for any professional service including architecture or engineering. PDA pre-qualifies persons who are qualified in their native country to provide architectural, engineering, and home design services. PDA is specialized in making home design services affordable.

Best Efforts

PDA, its associates, employees, and officers, agree to put forth their best efforts and skill in order to make sure Client’s receive the services so desired. PDA reviews the background and work samples of contractors before qualifying them to provide services for PDA clients. PDA agrees to perform an extensive pre-qualification prior to recommending any contractor services to Client.

Waiver

The Client shall agree to waive and release PDA of any liability related to any project performed by any PDA contractor. PDA is not, nor represents to be, a company licensed to provide architectural services.

PDA cannot guarantee licensure of any contractor of any particular jurisdiction, legality or admissibility of prepared documents, or guarantee work created by contractors in any way or form.

Client is hereby advised that the rules, laws, regulations, city codes, municipal provisions, and licensure requirements may vary by jurisdiction. Client recognizes that it is their responsibility to be in compliance with the laws in their particular jurisdiction. Should client require assistance with their local laws, they are hereby advised to engage the assistance of a local solicitor licensed in their jurisdiction.

By engaging the services of Property Development Advantage, Client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
